Delivery

Delivery to Quebec is $12; for remote areas, such as the Magdalen Islands, additional charges may apply. I will contact you before sending your package.
For the rest of Canada, it's $20.
I also ship outside of Canada, except to the United States, for logistical reasons. I do ship to Europe, but delivery costs are around $60. If you wish to order and are outside of Canada, please contact me on Instagram and NOT by email.

Projects I don't do:

Here are some designs/projects that are outside my niche and that I do not do, for various reasons.

Ultrasound embroideries
Very detailed animals (I do animals, but more in silhouette mode, less detailed)
Thread animals. All my animals are made of felt and are not detailed. I do not reproduce your pets. But I can make your animals, here are some examples:

Movie Characters:

For copyright reasons, I do NOT do any projects with Disney, Pixar, or any other movie characters. I can be inspired by them, but I cannot embroider Mickey, Elsa, Moana, etc.

If you are unsure if your project is compliant with copyright, send me an email or a private message on Instagram.

Fabrics:

Please note that for now, I only have beige cotton fabric available. I do not have any patterned fabrics, nor any linen fabrics or other materials besides cotton.

Deadlines:

I always have a lead time of at least 6 to 8 weeks before I START production. When I email you your sketch, I will let you know approximately when it will be finished and ready to be shipped.
